You are always chasing and she is always saying no or leaving you in doubt. She controls the situation and you are always reacting, doing the same and waiting for a different result; it won’t work.
• Telling her that things will be different, because you will change for her.
• Buying her gifts like flowers or other bribes. This is supplication in its most ridiculous form!
• Using manipulative tactics with money, children and guilt to make her feel bad about herself and try to get her back to you… That is just plain wrong and it won’t get you anywhere.

I have been dumped by a girlfriend before and I know that in that moment you want to do everything possible to get her back. It looks like your life will never be the same and you feel really sad. You feel so desperate that you act without thinking and you think that by showing your “true emotions” she will see the light and fall in love with you again and you will live happily ever after.

Showing your “true emotions” would work if you came from a place of confidence and self respect… but it doesn’t work when you are a needy guy begging to have her back after she dumped you.

This advice on manning up is actually the best thing you can do, although it will be hard for you to accept if you are in “desperately in love” with your ex girlfriend.

The Danger of Getting Dumped

The real problem of getting dumped is not that you are with you ex girlfriend anymore. The danger the potential of taking the wrong decision after she dumps you. You can “Man the fuck up” and meet other girls and deal with your emotional pain instead of wallowing in self pity and crying in the corner of your room.

When She Says “We need to talk…”

When you don’t seek any rapport and give her the cold shoulder she will start getting more interested again. She will be drawn to you due to the fact that you are not needy with her.

Exercise and Get In Shape

Start thinking more about yourself, get a sporty hobby and start treating your body right. Doing sports and exercise helps release endorphins and it makes you a relaxed and happy person. For me this does wonders to relieve stress and anxiety.

The release of endorphins and the effects of the exercise will give a huge confidence boost. If you feel lonely and needy because she broke up with you then you definitely need some confidence right?

Willingness to Move On Is Key!

To get your ex girlfriend back it is crucial to be willing to move on. You can fake this or you can come to the conclusion that this is really the only solution. I think the second is the best.

Make it Count – Approach Very Attractive Girls

One mistake I did for years on end was approaching average girls because I thought my chances were better with them than with really hot girls.

This can be true or not but that is not what is important. The mistake I did was avoiding to approach the hot girls because I had fear or rejection. I approached average girls because I could deal with their rejection, “She isn’t that hot anyway, I probably wouldn’t have even fucked her!”.

While I was talking for hours with mediocre girls I was wasting my time and avoiding the risk of rejection because I was running from the bigger challenges. This was a form of avoiding approach anxiety!

Don’t approach average looking girls, go for the hottest ones in the venue. You have to train yourself with hot targets where there is some personal risk involved. The personal risk I am talking about is damaging your ego. Avoid approaching average looking women just because you think you have a better chance of success with them. Its a waste of time, effort and you will learn and evolve less because of it!

When you are making out with a girl and escalating to sex and she starts giving excuses to not have sex you are getting Last Minute Resistance. This is a common thing especially when you meet a girl and are going for the lay a couple of hours later. Because you don’t know each other for that long these objections will come up in her mind.

So you saw a nice girl, went up to talk to her and got her back to your place. Now you are in the bedroom and the clothes are starting to come off. Everything is going great and then she starts giving excuses and it looks like she doesn’t want to have sex. Lots of guys treat a girl differently after they had sex with her, they change their personality, get up and leave, etc. On the moment before sex these thoughts storm through a girls mind and she is confused and wants to be assured that you will stay after sex.

These are some common examples of Last Minute Resistance:

• She says “I barely know you… we shouldn’t be doing this!”
• You try so escalate physicaly and she gives objections or excuses.
• She doesn’t want to take her bra, pants or panties off. “The thong is not coming off!”, “The pants are not comming off!”…

Different women will have LMR of different types and intensities and this will depend on the attraction and rapport you have with her. The type of personality and mood of the girl also matter, if she is on vacation somewhere and is in a big party mood then LMR is less strong or non existent. The same girl may have a lot of LMR when she is back home. This has to do with social pressure that is put on women, because it is not “politically correct” to have casual sex…

Most women get a nervous feeling toward casual sex, kind of like the feeling that a guy gets when he has to approach a hot woman that he doesn’t know. In evolutionary terms it is risky to have sex with a guy that will not stick around to protect her and the child. She doesn’t think out this this consciously, it is an instinct like when a guy gets nervous approaching a woman he nerver talked to before.

If you want to be with the girl that night you have to go past the LMR or you will just end up sleeping beside her. If the girl went back to your place or she let you in her place, there is a 99% chance that she wants to be with you. If she didn’t want anything she would have cut the interaction short much sooner.

How to Avoid Last Minute Resistance

The best way to avoid LMR is to do a few venue changes and take your time with the girl. If you change venues 3 or 4 times it makes her feel like she knows you better, because she has these memories of you guys being in 3 or 4 different places. Its like you have been on 3 or 4 dates already. In the Mystery Method the whole pick up process takes about 7 hours, which is enough to destroy most chances of heavy LMR.

I have had one night stands where I picked up girls in a little over an hour and was back at the hotel with them. These lays happened mostly when I’m on vacation and everyone is in a party mood. Being on vacation gets girls in a happy party mood and they don’t have the social phobia of appearing like a slut because no one knows them. This makes them more inhibited and open to one night stands. In these cases you don’t need so many venue changes, but each girl is different and there is no rule that depends on the location or the girls personality or her nationality.

The more time she feels you spent together the less likely it is that LMR arises and if it does it will be weaker.

How NOT do Deal with Last Minute Resistance

There are a few things you can do wrong when trying to overcome last minute resistance:

• Don’t start pouting and being a desperate pain in the ass. Don’t say “Come on baby!! Pleeeasee!!!“, “Please take the panties off!” “Oooh, come on!! Lets have sex pleeease!“. That is so damn desperate and you look like a begging looser.
• Arousing her more is a good thing but it won’t help with the LMR!
• Don’t get angry, irritated or show that you are pissed off!

How to Deal with Last Minute Resistance

The main reason why a woman gives you LMR is because she doesn’t know if you will stick around after sex. This doesn’t mean that she wants you to stay around after sex, it means that she wants the option.
The first step to deal with LMR is to make 3 things clear to her:

• First tell her that protection is important to you. Always have condoms with you and in your house.
• It is something that you both want to do. If she is unsure you will wait.
• Tell her that it has to be something that both of you will not regret the next day. It is something that you both will feel happy about and you will be sitting at work smiling and feeling tingly.

These three points are called Rikers 3 rules in the old school seduction community. Remember: protection, something we both want to do, something we won’t regret.

The next step to deal with LMR are freeze outs. When a woman says “no”, you get up, turn on the tv, read a book or do something else unrelated to intimacy. Although she said she didn’t want sex she was enjoying the cuddling and making out. This will put a big amount of pressure on her and she will ask you what is wrong.

You just say that nothing is wrong and that you understand what “no” means and that it is a big turn off for you. If she says “no” its a big turn off for you but you understand and look unaffected. After that she will come and sit near you and she will hug you and start making out again, time to escalate and try again.

Another type of freeze out I used with success is just stopping the make out and the grinding. If you are already in bed and you just need to get the panties of, you just turn around and try to sleep. She will touch you and you can show a little bit of discomfort when she first touches you. She will say whats wrong and you just start making out again and go for the panties. Women need different emotions, they like the ups and downs, the emotional spikes, this gives you a little spike (good emotions, then she is scared that you don’t want her, then you amp it up again).

Like I said in other articles you need to have the mindset of a man, not the mindset of a “pussy” or a “nice guy”. This does not mean that you have to behave like a jerk. Women like masculine men, that are funny, take the lead and are not embarrassed of their desires.

If you buy her stuff, give her drinks, try to get her drunk, be her “entertainer man”, talking about boring stuff and making your conversation sound like a job interview… the you are not going to get intimate with her. Your job as a man is to make her laugh, make her feel good emotions, make her feel like a sexual woman and then nature and the hormones do the rest.

Be a man and take the lead

An attractive man has a good sense of humour and is MASCULINE. One of the most important things about being masculine is taking the lead… do you expect the women to take the lead? That is ridiculous… There are three options: you let her take the lead, you take the lead or you let “fate” decide… Which one do you think is the correct one?
